As Training Design Specialist with the San Francisco Ethics Commission, I have developed e-learning modules in Adobe Captivate, instructional videos in Premiere Pro, and designed the agency's logo, established brand guidelines, conducted audits of the agency's website to improve content, accessibility, and navigation. Recently, I completed a total redesign of the Annual Ethics Training module, a required course for 6K of the City's employees.
As the founding Graphic Design Pathway teacher for Madison Park Academy, I designed and implemented the CTE standards-aligned pathway curriculum from the ground up. Conducting market research and analyzing hiring trends in the field of design, I crafted a three-course sequence that explored a range of sought-after design skills and provided students with authentic expertise and hands-on learning experiences. I taught these courses through in-person and online instruction to 150+ students annually. Unit topics in the sequence included: principles of design, typography, digital photography, logo design, digital storytelling, animation, game design, UX and mobile app development.
