I've always been someone who loves to learn. If something sparks my curiosity, I dive in, immersing myself in the subject until I fully understand how it works.
While I love learning new skills myself, I also find it immensely gratifying to help others learn. Initially, this led me to become a technical writer, then an environmental health advocate, then a career technical education teacher, and then finally an instructional designer.
In each of these roles, I've honed my ability to present tasks, tools, concepts, and processes in a way that is clear, concise, and well-organized. My approach reflects a strong understanding of design principles, including clear content hierarchy, sufficient contrast, and effective use of white space to enhance readability and foster engagement.
