Pablo Picasso
I have a range of personal and creative interests. At the heart of each is a deep love of learning.
Over the course of my career, I have built programs and projects from the ground-up. Whether as a founding member of a technical writing team, tasked with establishing systems, processes, and standards, or as a founding pathway teacher designing a sequence of high school design courses, I have a proven record of putting in the work required to learn how to do hard things, and to do them well.
It is this entrepreneurial spirit I bring to each role I fill. As a result, I have a broad set of skills from which to draw in the course of solving problems. Perhaps my greatest skill (my superpower, even) is knowing how to learn what I do not yet know.
For instance, before I started teaching digital photography I taught myself how to use a 50-year-old, completely mechanical camera just so I could really understand how to take properly exposed photos. This is just one of many possible examples.
If you could use someone on your team who is creative, hardworking, and a skilled problem-solver, get in touch.
